As this matter has been resolved and the issue should no longer occur, this thread will be closed.

 

If anyone has any problems accessing the ticketing system please send an email to support@erepublik.com or bugs@erepublik.com

Hey!

 

 

A lot of people that have changed their citizen name in-game appear to have a blank contact page and are unable to submit or read tickets.

If you're one of those, please post your citizen link/ID below and we'll fix the contact page for you.

 

 

Please only post your ID once and wait patiently. Any spam or posts not related to the bug will be removed.
