Maybe if you stop sending the message and wait for an answer.

 

Some people have to wait 4-5 weeks before they get an answer, some never do.

Just think about how many tickets need to be processed every day, that is not just a few hundred, but more like a few thousand(or more).

quantity of tickets != length of response time  if they have to many tickets they should hire more moderators.

Hello, from what I know eRepublik developers stopped the maintainance of API. The only thing you can do is to wait for an answer.
