Dear Plato,
Just think about it for a minute. The division changes are a good idea, but they should be based on strength.
It's simple logic... and I know Aristotle taught you about logic.

Didnt occured to you that players would exploit str system?
Stop training before next div.
Or is it okay?
Where is your logic in this case?

Very good change!
For everyone that cry about strength - invest in training camps and train

Divisions should be based on damage (strength+rank) !

How can a new player gets a BH medal? after 2 years training?
Posted 17 February 2014 - 04:40 PM
RIP new players. It was already hard for them to fight for a bh, now it is impossible!! Dafuq with that update? Do you think it will keep new players on eRep? Guys with 400 dmg per hit fighting against 30/40/60k hit? Please open your eyes. You could have added a new div and rework a little the others, like add 2 lvl to each div for eg, and add a div 5 for high lvl players. This update only helped the div 4. You can't think only on the old players, you need to think about new players and THIS WONT HELP. Fix economy! Don't break the game!
why do you think this update help only D4?, I'm 74 level,59k str.(almost 60k),and this update won't help me to get BH easy.it's like nothing change for me..

Q: How will these changes impact new players in the New User Experience who are unable to upgrade their Training Buildings?
Posted 17 February 2014 - 04:52 PM
As I stated on a ticket
I find good you want to make changes because they are needed but they have to be tought first..
With this new Divisions, new players won't stand a chance... even now is super difficult and with this it turns impossible...
Result: Less players in the game
Some ideas I have to balance things:
A ) Implement this new changes on divisions as stated but also put a Strength limit
Ex: D1- level 1 to 35 + Strength limit of 40k
Players above that strength would pass on directly to D2 even if they hadn't the necessary level or they would take a less percentage of gaining strength until they passed for D2
ex: D1- Level 30 Strength 42k
Option1- Goes to D2 directly
Option2- Suffers a less 10% gaining in strength until he passes to D2
I think Option 1 was the most acceptable one.
B ) Give more strength for players under certain strength
Ex: D2 - less then 20k strength
Get's 20% more strength in training until it gets to 20k
D1 - Less then 10k strength
Get's 20% more strength in training until it gets to 10k
C) Idea A + Idea B
This are good ideas, easy to implement, balancing more the game without taking the priveleges of older players, and more important: Very good for new players and make them continue playing!

Hey guys, here are some answers for frequently asked questions:
Q: I already have a Small Bomb, I'm now in a lower Division and I get a new Small Bomb. What will happen?
A: Both of the Small Bombs will remain in your inventory separately. They will have their own expiration dates. Small Bombs with lower damage will be consumed first.
Q: I have a lot of Bazooka Boosters from a higher Division. I'm now in a lower Division. What will happen?
A: Both Bazooka Boosters will remain in your inventory separately. You will only be able to use your weaker Bazooka Boosters (the ones that are meant to work in your new Division). The better ones will remain in your inventory until you advance to the correct Division.
Q: How did you come up with these level requirements? Did you divide the amount of players equally in each division? Or did you use the normal distribution?
A: I'm afraid I can't share any numbers here, but it's not divided so that each Division would have 25%. However, the overall situation of the New World should improve significantly.
Q: Will the BH medals award the same amount of gold?
A: Yes, the amount of Gold is still the same on Divisions (D1: 2g, ... D4: 5g)
Q: How will these changes impact new players in the New User Experience who are unable to upgrade their Training Buildings?
A: At the moment, everyone are able to upgrade their Training Buildings. We'll give an update on the New Users Experience asap!
Q: Can we extend the cupid mission a day or two because of these changes?
A: The changes apply only after the missions are over, so I don't see a reason for this.
Well done is better than well said.

Bullshits

I know what the problem is....you're thinking about new players strictly as new players. I propose that you instead call them "future gold buyers".
With your new mindset, I'm sure you can find ways to break the game without completely f#cking the future gold buyers.
Scrap this stupid, game-killing nonsense, add a D5, and fix the damn economy
Posted 17 February 2014 - 05:41 PM
Bullshit.
The right thing is to create Division 5 and Division 6 for the oldies.

When will be the divisions based on damage (strength and rank)?
Sorry, but it seems that you are ignoring lots of players.
There were a poll about this here:

I believe this is a good change. It won't fix all game problems, but it's definitely a good step ahead

Divisions should be based on damage (strength+rank)

We come to a situation where a small number of players (something like 4k D4 players) will allmost entirely decide the outcome of a battle. Maybe point distribution should be belanced somehow: D1 and D2 are too undervalued now, only 1 point for D1 and 5 points for a small number of D4 players
