Article Category Reset

Just noticed that when editing an article, the category is by default reset to "First steps", would be great if that could be fixed so that by default it is in the category in which it was before. 

 

Also where the fork am I supposed to post such suggestions when there's only economy, military & politics??

I'd call it a bug and would submit a ticket.
