From my memory we should be expecting:
- Region specific taxing
- Regional governments
- Q6 and Q7 houses
- Q2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 air weapon factories
- Chat rooms for things other than military units
- Announcement on whether the "tested packs" will keep being offered
- More strategic battles
- Air training facilities
Any more?

They have said several times that they were working in "fix economy" so... you can add it to the list, though we all now that is not going to happen ( in a short-mid term)
Same thing with the "more strategic battles" and the "Region specific taxing" due to the fact that these implies a new developement.

So you baseiclly want to use region specific taxing to take as much cc from region taken over? Thats kind of a *ick move! Correct me if I am wrong, couse I dont see what other implements this could have.
