Indeed we do reserve the right to change the legend names if we find them in the breach of eRepublik Rules. That would also be the case if the name is illegal, we will not allow the citizen to use the name in-game.

I'm afraid in this case the name does not breach any of the eRepublik Rules or the Terms of Service. Hence, we will not change the name of the legend rank in this case.

I believe that the player is actually Italian, so finding a translation in Romanian may be a slight over exaggeration.

 

We don't consider the word "stupid" to be classed as offensive or vulgar. When it comes to names, these are treated very similar to how any other content is treated, such as articles, comments, posts etc. Using the word "stupid" would not be illegal in any of these, hence we would not consider it as illegal in a name either.

 

At the same time, we don't remove content or request a name change based on the amount of people who vote for it. All content and names are moderated as per the Rules Addendum and the Terms of Service. Thus, the decision in this case will not be changed I'm afraid.

Your own is only a personal matter, are several weeks Ikki gave names to the legend and you are not placed many problems

I believe if it's insult for all Italian players, should be changed.
It's a bit stupid to have unwanted name rank if some player just went fully retard

An insult for all except the person who won the prize right?

The person who won the prize needs to be punished so Italy can be proud by....burning wiches or whatever...not by doing well in the game.  Sure won't be by winning prizes considering how you treat this particular demon you have trapped in your claws.
