Can someone explain how the determination for the region when it is attacked is calculated?
Right now I see several brazilian regions with no determination while being attacked by Argentina, but 1.6 or so for resistance wars against the same country.

there are different determinations for attacking and resistance, read the change logs again.
Yeah, I know that they are differente.
What I would like to know is how it works, as they went from 1.6 to no determination at all fast. Last time I paid attention it was 1.4something, then a few days later there was no determination at all.

Now, we (Hungary) have Resource Concessions with Slovakia (http://prntscr.com/kxd76p).
Twelve days ago, the region Bratislava was occupied by China, and the Resource Concessions are inactive and we don't get bonus from Slovakia (http://prntscr.com/kxd8ej).
But we paid (and now pay) the Resource Concession Fee to Slovakia (http://prntscr.com/kxd8x3), and they got (and now get) the money from us (http://prntscr.com/kxd9cj).
1st question: It's a normal situation? (We pay for the nothing, and they get the money for the nothing.)
2nd question: Why they get only the 20% of our Resource Concession Fee? (Where disappear the 80% of our Resource Concession Fee?)
Update to 2nd question:
China and Serbia occupied whole of Slovakia, and China & Serbia get the 80% of our Resource Concession Fee (Tribute refers to the Taxation Of Occupied Regions - https://forum.erepub...upied-regions/)
We pay for the nothing, and Slovakia, China, Serbia get our money for the nothing! This is a bullshit!

Our regions' Defensive Battle Determination went from 5.xx to 1 within twelve or thirteen days. Another region's went from 2.4 to 1 within nine days. At the beginning (that is, right after the liberation of a region) the determination decreases rather slowly. After a week or so it goes down very fast.

Losing the region by the original owner will not break the concession (as they might be able to recover it by the end of the duration of the concession) and the Concessioning Country (Country

We lost a concession few hours before the day change. Looks like the time of the law acceptation matters.
