Hi, 

does anybody know when will the CO functionality be enabled?

 

During the time CO was unavailable there were more than few occasions when countries/individuals were buying damage based on submitted screenshot. This is big step back, since time and effort needed for this are substantial. As I understood issue with CO and servers overload was due to increased energy restore for 11th anniversary - since now everything is back to normal I wonder why CO was not re-enabled?
