Voted for the citizenship converted to the previous country.
Also this should be implemented as soon as possible which will increase the fair-play environment for all of the eCountries.

After no more than 1 year of trial citizenship, otherwise a half of eRep's population could be unjustly thrown out based on personal grounds.
Another danger - someone PTOs a country, reaches the majority in the congress, and revokes the CS of the opposition. There are a lot of expat countries that would be at risk.

Anyone who has ever managed a country's affairs is all too well aware of the danger of rogue citizens - they're especially problematic in small communities. Every country out there has a group of rogue citizens and the leaders do their best to keep them out of congress, but that becomes harder as the community shrinks (as is happening to many), a small country could get too many regions and the rogue citizens get into congress.
These rogue citizens can, on their own, accept more people. To me, this is absurd. Why should congress members have so much power? - the power to give CS should be taken by the government collectively and not by just one individual.
Because of that flawed game feature, yes, we need a way to revoke citizenship. If a particular expat citizen causes massive problems to a country, and the community is pretty much unanimous in their agreement to deport, it should be allowed to happen. Too often we have seen one single rogue citizen go against the will of 95% of the community and erepublik does not provide any remedial measures for such situations.
