Hello dear eRepublikans!

 

I have read every subject in this section concerning adding new countries.

 

The two main problems are not being perma-wippe and have no PTO.

 

PTOers always find solutions to get into a country, nevermind the country's vigilance.

 

But here is a solution that I have seen nowhere: admins changing/removing CS.

 

By addingfew new game moderators specialised in PTO, with access to a citizenship change tool, these moderators should remove the citizenship of a reported and found guilty PTO. How are detected PTO? THis would be all admin job but when you have New Zealand and leaders publishing in Serbian language, I think it is pretty easy to find if they are PTOers or not 

 

So what will get those PTOers? They will get their eBirth CS back, or if they registered in the country they PTO, they will get their ip CS.

 

The power will be in the hands of the admins wich should be impartial. This should end forever the PTO problem in the eWorld (and bring more golds due to RW in North Korea  ).

It´s complicated to end the PTO when, for the admins, is other and fun political module's game mode, in despite of considerations about justice and else.

 

To end the PTO, first Plato must fix the political module!

Its a shame that a lot of people like to PTO. I don't like them but there are players that only play to PTO countries and parties. The only real way to stop them would for the community to come together and get organised, admins wont make it easier because the PTOers would leave the game.

IMO PTO is kinda a part of the game, it's sometimes somehow fun to try to prevent from countries getting PTOed (without any tools ofc) and it's somehow part of the game. Getting rid of the "PTO" through the tools/reverting citizenships etc would just ruin the game IMO.

oh, no, I changed many cs's so if somebody want to report me as PTOer i will back to my country? No (( 

 

To stop countries PTO, i think should just added some rules, for example:

 

the people who want to have a new citizenship, could stay for a trial period (let to congress set a time while new citizen will stay on trial period (maybe also good to made donations to country) and congress maybe by 30% should agree with new candidate. (not only one congressman) I think it should save from PTO.  

 

I like that everyone can change the country if he want, but he should helps to new country (maybe some needed damage for new country (just like in MU's or something like that) 

 

and of course new citizen should do not vote, or be ivited to some party. 

 

PTO may be fun, but when it hard to do ))) not just came and be ably to be a cpresident or party member...

PTO's are crippling. They more often kill populations and drive players from the game. So the fun is distinctly relative.

Even USA was under pTO so admins shouldn't do anything with that.

Better than stop PTO, I would propose regulatons:

 

Since the moment a single player of an enemy nation is elected in the Congress, the PTOers will have 90 days calendar to make the PTO successful. If they failed, they will have their citizenship removed by the Country President.

 

Because yes: the PTO is other game mode, but when it becomes "eternal" like the eUS one, the fun has already gone before.
