We Need New Rules For Citizenship

The hardest thing in erep is to change your citizenship. Congressman abuse their approval rights, they sell it sometimes. 

 

Congress only could setup rules for cs applications. For example:

 

For mercenary profiles 

- Set minimum damage amount for that country, so if you hit 100m for desired country you will be eligable for citizenship

For economy profiles 

- Set number of min. or max. companies owned

i don't really like that idea.

 

what about CS used for ATOs?

what about CS for fighters that want to hit with NE bonus?

what about newbs who registered in a wrong country and want to come back to their homecountry?

 

those restrictions would make the above mentioned actions kind of impossible.

So u want to get 100% bonus and cant so want new rules?

Not going to happen.
