Initially all countries have the ACTUAL national anthem but congress members can propose a new anthem once a month by uploading it and the WHOLE COUNTRY votes yes or no by referendum. The anthem is shown in the eCountry profile.

Nah, i don't like it.
The song is supposed to represent the nation, not the people in power of that nation.
If you do implement this then let it be done by referendum. That way the majority of the nation made the choice, and not a select few.

if the national anthems were introduced then they should all the be the original ones , not some whatever song 25 congressmen like.

Yeah, the only reason I can see to do this would be for trolling purposes after a PTO.
I still remember the stupid smiling taco flag Mexico got stuck with for a couple months.

it prob will never happen due to copyright issues (I assume country anthems are in the PD but anyone can upload any song he wants creating an issue.
