Would it be possible to build an Intenational Socialist Federation where all the socialist/comunist/anarchist parties could work together?

I believe we tried organizing something on some forum, but we never managed to raise enough attention in order to do anything major. Hopefully topic here would raise more attention and discussion regarding the matter. Looking forward to this, would be cool if implemented well.
