Hello,

I want to change my email to my new email, but in edit profile option page, I cant find any option to edit and change my email?
Do i need to submit ticket? or is it cannot be change at all?

Your citizen account is in synchronization with a facebook account. The email/password can be changed from the faceboook account. You can request for the synchronization to be removed via report.
