A race war in the USA would be awfully short considering whites are still the overwhelming majority and that the others are often cramped up in their own towns or states.

But the minorities have gangs with firearms, and live in urban areas. House-to-house warfare is hard.
Good thing the other side has tanks, heavy armor, and sky robots that kill from afar.
