Hello! :)

I got an idea that I want to share with you guys.

What if there is a possibility to chose your class? like Assault, Support and Medic and there would be a skill level for each.

Assault - firing  assault rifle to kill enemy - deals damage

Supporter - firing machine gun to suppress enemy - lowers enemy damage by some % (could do it to random individual player on battlefield)

Medic - healing others (generating health that others can acquire to continue fighting)

All damage / suppression / healing would depend on a skill level of an individual.

The erep would assist players what to chose so that there would not be most medics on battlefield or supporters.

I figured that there could be:

  • 60% Assault players

  • 25% Support players

  • 15% Medic players

Those percentages could be changed but you get the general idea.

All of those classes could get a battle hero or some other (new) medal.

These classes would have to be balanced.

Divisions would not be removed.

What do you think? Please share what you think!

Take care,

Gunny165

Agree about the first two classes. But the third option of medic sounds an interesting idea to me.

These are not citizen classes, these are military classes(also called specialties).

I do like the idea, but i wouldn't have a clue what kind of effect it would have on the game-play. I do know that in another similar game(vNations) they use something like it and it work just fine, but as eRpublik has been working in a very different approach on military matters, i can not say it could make things more fun(or not).

Personally i would choose to be a medic. :)

Personaly I don't like idea, this isn't some fps or strategy war game, which needs feature like this.

And secondly these classes will make fight between small and big coutries even more unfair that they are now.

It's an interesting idea. Could be used in advanced guerrilla fights with some sort of team pvp mini game.
