Well, that's a general suggestion, not a military module suggestion but I had no place to post it. I would suggest the creation of a notepad possibly at community menu, where there would be 3 textboxes:

text that will appear (combined with link like bb code)

and limited description (like 50 chars max)

 

That will help lots of players keep their fav links like forums, forms, articles or whatever, ingame instead of constantly bookmarking ect.
