We just want to make sure everybody knows that when you get scammed the eRepublik Team won't penalize the scammer and we won't give your money back.
Or in ticket terms;
"The purpose of the "Donate" button is self-explaining.
The players to which you have donated cannot be considered scammers because donation implies that you will not receive anything in return."
We'd like to remind you that even successful trades using "black markets" like this one aren't without risks. If your trade partner is a multiple account or has sold you goods gained by using multiple accounts you can, depending on the case, receive penalties for multiple account abuse.
So if you want to be totally safe then maybe it is better to use the ingame market.
