Hey all..
i have a suggestion for Decoration in difrent Tournaments:P
it's a few stupid that in each contry top50 people get the same decoration, in big country it's so hard to recieve it)
so my suggestion is so as to not top50 will get decoration but x% of active citizen, something like in the US

active citizet, so there's top"1% of active cit." = top59 will recive a decoration
for smaler contry it'll be smaler top:P
