You can not,not kind of feature as you said.You can just open,can not delete:(

You can remove the articles, change the name to a 2-letter word and remove the logo.
But that's it
Which i think is very effective in cleaning up your place.

Why would you want to do that? Why don't you just simply leave the Newspaper alone (?)
