Issues with displaying the top 5 fighters in battles
As we are routing more resources in order for the fight action to work properly in the epic rounds, the game is experiencing delays that affect the display of other various sections of the site including the top 5 fighters and the daily order.
The issue is mainly visual and the processes are running within parameters.
We’re sorry for the inconveniences and we’re actively working to fix delays as fast as possible.
Site slowdown in epic battles
During the Epic Warfare event our servers experienced major peaks of traffic load that translated into the site being slow and even unresponsive mainly during epic rounds.
The root of the problem was identified already in the way the pvp module scales under load when a significant number of citizens join the fight in the same interval. As a significant number of citizens built their strategy around the guerrilla fight module, we are actively working toward the remediation of the issue.
