This is not a suggestion just an idea. If admins find it useful can install it to the game. 

 

The idea is that all countries can spend X % of their income on law enforcement, against crime. Congress can vote about the amount of percentage (%). The higher is that amount the safer is the country.

 

What is this good for? 

 

Players located in the same region/country can attack each other and if win, steal some money/gold from their accounts (it can be a specific % of the owners original amount). However, there is a chance of being busted by the law enforcement forces. How much chance? It depends on how much money (%) the country spends on law enforcement. Written above. 

 

If a player is caught by the law enforcement he is forbidden to vote in the next two months' elections, forbiden to run for party/country presidency, congress or being a military unit leader, nor captain. Plus he loose a some amount of money from his own account. It goes for the attacked citizen's country's account.

I could essentially goto sleep. Get attacked by 50 players and lose most of my money.

So there should be a limit a player how many times can be attacked in 24 hours.

intresseting ide, a problem i see is that porr countrys that almost dont have tax money who cover the mpps vill ha problem to giv up more money for stuffs like this

For that case there should be a % of total income not a fix amount of money, If a country has low income from taxes they pay much less for law enforcement than the big countries.
