people in div 2 & 3 have str more than you, coz they BOUGHT gold and got 50-90 str/day. 
also, 90% of 'em is a multi acc, why? they ever played this game before. seeing that they have no chance to win BH in div3/4. they decided to make another acc and sent plato a ticket to delete their original acc. now that their original acc is deleted, they made another acc. but this time, they played this game carefully and got 10k str even though they are in div 1 or 2.

It is almost exactly the same as basing it on exp but just doesn't hurt the people who concentrate on companies.

No matter where the line is drawn, someone will be unhappy - specifically the people who are at the lowest end of the highest division, and therefore have no hope to be of any real fighting use ever again.

 

The real simplest solution would be to just eliminate divisions entirely - sure, it'd eliminate lower ranked players chances to ever be a battle hero, but it wouldn't make a mid-level second-division player infinitely more important than a low-tier fourth divisioner.

 

Having said that, I know it won't happen because the strength pipeline for gold-buyers in lower divisions is probably the main revenue stream for Plato at this point.

divisions are good in macro scale, but I think my idea is good,

Now there are many people with bigger hit than I in division TWO (!) so lvl (could be balanced f.e. 10*lvl x STR) so ppl 10*60lvl *30k str =18000 and ppl 10* 60lvl * 15k str = 9000

Or you could create something like V2 when the battles were on a map and you had strategy in them rather then pure power
