If you are referring to the div 1&2 versus div 3&4 list.

They are different.

In div 1&2 list there are no storage rewards.

Yes, but the list could be unified, and the differences indicated like this:

- 700 Prestige Points -> Div1&2: +50% Damage Booster for 8 hours; Div3&4: 1 000 Storage

...

As long as it is in the rewards, there will be no need to recreate the ticket-factory.

And as long as there is no ticket-factory, there will be no overproduction as it used to be in the past.
