How will admin (or erep team) compensate the fact that Bulgarian RW was supposed to be a drain for this AS, but with this prolonged waiting for AS this is failed drain! Who will compensate the other side?

So you lied in your post. You said that an extra day has been given to every winner. I did not get an extra day, other people hasn't received an extra day either.

Why is it so hard to actually give us what you claim that we will get. If you don't give everyone an extra day, don't come tell us that you did, cause it makes you an unreliable source of information. Not only do you lie, you also treat certain players different that others. Good way to win the sympathy of the players !

As we failed to deliver the rewards as promised, we had to adapt to the situation and try to minimize the damage. The Determination Bonus was one of the things that affected the players the most, and we ended up to a solution we thought is the best choice overall for the players, under the difficult circumstance.

It is an MU decoration.... not a personal decoration.

this is what you should get.
And i just checked , yes.... you only have the "Weekly Challenge" decorations on your profile.

Your MU has that decoration.
