I'll start off by saying that Plato should release a feature for Presidents of their country to be able to move the nations capital.  Lets say you wanted to be "historical" and instead of Denver being the US' capital, you wanted Washington D.C.  Of course with this having congress voting for it can or cannot be used.  What are your ideas?

It would be a fun option to move the capital to another region.

But more like this:

1* A Country President(CP) can change the capital only once per term(to prevent constant moving of the capital).

2* The new proposed capital must be approved by congress.

3* The new capital can only be set to one of the original regions of that nation.

4* If a nation does not hold any of it's original regions, the option will be unavailable.

5* If because of war the capital has been conquered, the current system of moving the capital applies.

6* During the campaign in which the capital was lost, the option of changing the capital will not be available until that specific campaign has ended.
