i yesterday tested the system -  it has a form section > where the user request supplies

 

and then a report section where it shows the supplies was sent.

 

I tested about 30 requests - and all of them before i could open the report section the supplies was delivered.

 

This is clear use of a exploit as a bot means the playing fields between MU's that can buy the bot and those that cant buy  is not level.

 

I have reported Cromega as using an exploit but have no hope as always of fairness being upheld by the moderators.

 

Anyway its a clear exploit that must be stopped or made available to all MU's for free.

I have 3 open tickets still waiting from as long as 2 months ago. That does not even include more than a dozen tickets over the years, that are just closed with no customer service being done.

If you ask complex questions or stuff that will take a lot of work to complete they generally dont comply.  I cant really complain .  Most of my tickets get answered after a while..  Also its up to them to handle this matter.  Usualy what will happen is that the community manager will make a directive for a particular server say " eDist is no longer to be used"  and then punish people that do for example I can remember in the west there was a script that searched out gold jobs that they banned.  

 

For me its an issue whether you consider the effort, logistics, planning and human/social  interaction as a necessary part of the game.  We all play online games because we want to be pitted against human opponents my best gaming experiences was always against others.  If one MU now start performing 10 times better than he used to do and start level pegging against an opponent that has vetted out good organizers that is human your robbing the game.  And your taking away necessary gameplay.  I mean you can design a bot that can perfectly attack .  Yet I myself dont want to compete against a bot or be helped by a bot.

And the other thing I have thought about now is that it absolutely have an effect in warfare.  If a player dont fight he dont get supplies.  This cuts human error out.  Which in my mind is gameplay that is sliced out of the game.

Krak, I was not replying to your OP about the script/bot/whatever.

 

My post was just a response to the regular admin reply telling anyone to make a ticket.... as though that has EVER worked. Customer service in this game is laughable, at best.

i know a lot of players complain but i cannot really complain.  I see the problem with the thefts would be searching between thousands of transactions for 1 or 2 transactions(massive headache).  If I where you I would ask them to complete a query wth details : all transfers > 20000 AND  between dates and return you the results(log).  Then you can do the hardwork
