Idea: How about if we have the current market place and in addition to it the possibility to create Sell-Buy contracts for an instant exchange trade?
Like <no need to mention other games>

Well that's what previous people have wanted when suggesting contracts... a way to process sales outside of the market, to get lower prices by avoiding the VAT/import taxes.
Just post your goods for the price you wish to sell at. If someone wants them, they will purchase. I don't see the need for a contract.

If it is possible to add the VAT/import taxes into such a contract, then i don't object
