I don't see it. I meant trading resources as in, a region has resource such as saltpetre, rubber, oil etc. Make these resources tradable between countries.

oh , well you can put it inside contracts , although thats not the original meaning their ....

I got that it wasn't the original meaning. Was just wondering whether the idea is worth developing. From the looks of it, I don't think admins are keen on using any suggestions at all for some reason. Do they even read here

Obviously they dont seem to , although this poll had a lot of votes , compared to others .... anyway exchanging territories between countries sounds like a good idea
