The political module needs more titles in the game, like:

- The President of Congress (PoC) informs the citizens of the activites of Congress and can create a message in game with all the congressmans. In the meta-game he takes care of the congress section on the forum; he maintaining the flow of information between the Government and Congress. The position is filled via appointment by the Congress.

- The  Congress Group Leader (CGL) informs the Congress Members of his political party about the Congress activities, and represents the group whenever it is needed in the Parliament. His main job is to inform his Congress members of his political party about the Parliament's decisions and/or his party leadership's decisions on how and when to vote the proposed laws. The position is filled via appointment by the Party President.

- The Minister of Communication (MoC)  manage public information in the possession of the central administration. Ministry exert control over all information of public interest and promote government policies and programs. The position is filled via appointment by the Country President.

I like this a lot.

Unofficially we here in eBelgium already have sush a position, but we call it differently.

It is more fitting to call it Chairman of Congress (CoC).

There are already plenty of presidents out there.

I am not familiar with this one.

I have seen it a few times in non-belgian governments, but never understood it's usefulness considering that other departments also have some responsibility on these matters.

The MoC have a government newspaper and inform the population. In USA is Secrety of Media, in Romania Media Minister, etc.

Most English speaking countries call the leader of Congress (PoC, CoC) the Speaker or Speaker for Congress.

 

The congressional leaders of each party are called Whips.
