Is it posssible to change latvian lats to Euro, since now in Latvia, local currency is euro and latvian lats are history! EU rules!

I'd say a big no.  Euros are used in many EU countries such as France, Germany, Italy etc, but all of those countries still use the national currencies.

yea, well, but many of them have national currency replaced by euro. same as in Latvia Eestonia also, if im not mistakin, have euro not lits

The diverse currency's is a left-over from when there was still some kind of an exchange-market.

I'm not sure what the point is of keeping it all different(instead of updating to Euro as it is what is usaed in RL long before this game started).
