I have not yet found an authoritative word on just exactly how a CP is supposed to code the NCM so that it can contain proper links, bold or italic text, and proper spaces between paragraphs.
I have ticketed admin with a request for this information but have heard nothing back so far.
I wonder if anyone on the forum knows for certain what type of coding we are supposed to use in submitting our NCM?

I think it's HTML or CSS.
But i am not certain of that.
It's best that an admin or former CP who did such message in the past would speak here about it.
