For some reason I am unable to upload any profile picture for the forums.
I am also aware that one should be able to change things under the "Profile Customization" tab but no options are present.
I will provide screenshots.

There is nothing in "profile customization".

That's it. It is the same for everyone.

 

On the avatar: you should be able to set it.

Did you meet the +200 pixels.

 

If you did, i wouldn't know why it didn't work.
