So what, how would this new resource distribution would work?

Every month resources place change/ year/only once?

Of course only once not an option, since those who get the bad side of change will want another to get better! And admins couldnt really refuse since they already done once,it would be a never ending anger coming from players!

Personally I would be very upset and even considering quiting from the game.

Second option would be never fight again because whats the point when admins change resources randomly!I would just take CS from country with highest bonus and when admins change resources I would change CS too!

So changing resource map a very bad idea!

Negative Effects:

-less strategy,it would be all luck!

-old hardcore players angry, lot of player quit!

-old top countrys which got worse situation, even more angry player!

Positive:

-Casual players happy, more luck based gameplay!

I'd be happy if It happened once a year, or once every 2-3 years when everything becomes predictable. This distribution lasted for 2+ years, for example. :)

It wouldn't demotivate players to fight. It could open new fronts, and countries, if they want to remain superpowers, would create new strategies to get as many resources as they can. Maybe some countries that are under foreign rule now would get a chance to develop?

Original resources would be based on luck, but additional, gained from another country, would still be obtained by war and strategy. However, with new distribution, it would be a new world with old rules. I'd like to play such a game. :)

Why would old players dislike a change? I believe that it's the old players who could be excited the most, since they've been playing this for years, and such a change hasn't occurred in a while. I've been playing since 2009, and if we got new options, it would motivate me to engage even more. However, everyone speaks for himself, which is why I posted a poll. :)

Would be interesting to see it every 2-3 years, not any more often than that

Resources actually changed during v1. I think it was a switch between wood and stone, and redistribution of diamonds or something like that, but I'm not quite sure for the latter. Therefore, there were changes even during v1. :)

True old servers all graveyard because new players only join to new one,too bad for those who played that shitty clone!

Needless to say,new server for erepublik would mean the end of erepublik in short time!

For me quit an instant, never looking back!

It divided the whole player base. Some played in Primera, some played in Secura, some played in Suna. The population was too low in every server in order to function fully. It just doesn't work for erep either.

I agree, 2 servers wouldn't work for eRepublik either. :)

I would also want to be able to see which resources a region have easy without having to click on "Region > View Region info > Region". Too many steps so would be very good if it was possible to add a box to show icons that represent what resources each region has straight on the map.

that might be so but that doesn't mean that the rules don't apply to him.

All he has to do is hit the edit button and change the content of his post.

The Forum is English ONLY, with the exception of the "Tutorials in other languages", "Military Units Recruitment" and "Party Recruitment" section.

...with the exception of the...."Military Units Recruitment"...

Read what you write first.

Don't change resources distribution. Better allow allies to trade their resources. Example: Country1 has 2 iron and Country2 has 2 oil but no iron. Country2 trade one oil resource for one iron resource with Country1.

Read what you write first.

Changing the text after you copied it from the rule-book does not count as a reason to ignore the forum rules and regulations.

Ranting about it is just showing your inability to deal with your own problems.

Don't expose yourself like that in such a publik place.

This is NOT  "Tutorials in other languages" section

This is NOT  "Military Units Recruitment" section

This is NOT  "Party Recruitment" section

This topic is in the section "suggestion" in the sub-forum "economy"

Next time pay attention to what you write and where you write it!

What now, what did you accomplish by saying to someone that he had broken the rules, neither did you ban him nor did he delete the inappropriate post?
