How do I cancel a citizenship request? The nation seems very inactive and it's just a recent RW so I am starting to think it was a bad idea.

Hello,
You can't cancel it. You can wait until the region from where you requested it to be conquered in war or you can wait until request will expire, in five days.

IIRC if you move to another country, your application will be cancelled.

Unfortunately, no. Although that would be useful if implimented.
