Nagorno-Karabakh has been an independent country, that has received more and more recognition as an independent state. It is fully Armenian, has its own government, army, police, political parties, etc, which are all Armenian. I think it would be right to ask that Artsakh be added as a region of eArmenia, since the area has been controlled and liberated by Armenians for such a long time, and the state of Artsakh has political dealing and recognition from different government bodies in America, France, and Russia.
