Why don't you make Q6 Q7 Raw companies ?
It will balance the economy
We have Q7 food/weps for a very long time and only Q5 raw..makes no sense

The raw material companies can benefit from the resources countries can control.... so their production levels can be doubled. The only reason to get a higher quality raw material company is to produce more materials. Probably not needed so much right now.
