The players who were affected by the Energy Recovery issues yesterday were compensated with Treats (50 Energy each). The compensation is balanced according to their losses.

Please note that the Treats have to be used by the end of the Battle Page Challenge!

I have the same problem. Recovery notworking correctly, and if i go to contact page, it shows blank. I've cleared cache and still nothing.

There are a lot of tickets but I hope you will get a prompt response. We're working hard on it. As for the refund/compensation, I will come back with more information later.

I've had this problem for years now. 

Sorry for this, it's fixed. The bug is common and basically happens every time you change your nickname. Please send us a ticket and we'll make sure the Energy problem will be solved.

I expect no less than the compensation given in the Guerilla Fight missions from a year ago .

 

The server was down for like 30 minutes for me, so with 100hp/6min I lost 50 Prestige Points. Giving them back to me would be fine.

The treats do not compensate the 50 missing energy bars. Of course, you will say that I didn't even have them.

I think the problem is that you don't have any food to eat. Try go to the market and buy some food. =)
