I always look to Cats for answers to questions of great importance. Humans love Cats, they are cute and fluffy, and people love such things. But humans are also afraid of Cats. If you pet a Cat you must never rub the belly, unless you are a masochist. Tail and legs are also questionable. So, humans should look at Cats and see that love is important, but fear is necessary in order to maintain your pride.

At least for a country it is better be feared.

 

If the Western countries "love you" , they usually try to "test" their twisted ideas on your country(Such as surrendering to terrorists , instead of mascaraing them or giving the enemy back territories it lost in a war it opened) , if they fear you , they constantly try to appease you(Just look at Putin) , so basically as long as you keep them fearing you , but you dont cross the red line that will cause them to fight back , you could keep expanding territory every few years ....
