Hello to all eR citizens! :D

I would like to share with you all a idea, is about some kind of "bot workers".

It's a "simple" idea, about the chance of having automatical (bot) workers in your companies.

As actually is very difficult to get active players working for low quality companies (Q1, Q2, Q3..) I thought maybe below system can allow new players and all citizens to not get bored with his companies and to manage some workers in them :P

The Bot Worker idea consists in the chance of receiving an automatical worker for use in your companies at your will, along one week.

But hey, the Creation and Assignation system I thought, tries to avoid any kind of abuse  :P

- Creation of the workers and from where they come from:

Ammount of Active Citizens = Ammount of Bot Workers available in a country.

- Assignation of the Bot Workers to the country citizens:

The game randomly (like some kind of weekly lottery maybe) will select Active citizens and offer to them 1 worker, via alert system, giving the chance of accepting or reject that worker. Of course the ammount of workers offered to you can be 1, more or none, this is the basic idea :)

- Acceptance and Rejection of the Bot Worker offer received:

If Accepted you will have along 1 week a worker that everyday, with the day change, will be available to work in your selected company as the actual hired workers, paying the minimum wage established in your country. The productivity of the worker can be linked to the minimum wage, as higher is in your country, more products will produce, and as lower is in your country, less products will produce.

If Rejected, this worker won't work to you and may be offered to another citizen, or maybe not ;)

Once the week passed, your worker dissapears and the bot workers asignation re-starts :)

As explained in the start of this post, is a way I think is positive for push the companies production and to stop the boredom of having companies where no one wants to work in them (specially new players that don't have high level companies). Random asignation avoids exploit, and the assignment parameters should be created by game operators and maybe changed time to time. But the idea is that all citizens have the chance to have at least 1 time to time :)

Of course a bot worker cannot be more productive as an active player, but I'm sure his production will be welcome in most of eR countries :D

Opinions, comments, kisses, are welcome!

Have a Nice Day! :D

Hello jackinson1! Thanx for your comment!

Well, the system would assign the bot workers randomly, so will be like a lottery, maybe people with High level companies will get 1, 2 or zero. And the production of those bot workers must be always less as an active player production. I think those factors can balance the entrance of those bot workers.

Why will drop wages?

In any case, supposing will produce a drop of wages, would be compensated with a grow of the ammount of products produced by bots and offered in the market. And probably will cause a reduction of prices, specially in small countries with few population that actually have higher prices than populated countries, and few products offered.

Of course is a theory :P

The prices are already low and buying on a foreign market just requires you to move, so for a lot off things especially wrm/frm the prices are all the same.

Only thing that has high prices are  q6/q7 produced weapons.

Moving means the tax revenue goes to that country. Large countries have bigger populations which leads to more resource bonuses which leads to better production which leads to cheaper goods and higher tax revenues. The only way to compete with this is to have a bigger population.

Not be more efficient.

Not work harder.

No be clever.

Just breed. You can see what problem that creates in turn... and the smaller countries now also lose tax to big, advantaged countries. The system is flawed.

smaller nations can counter that whit higher import, since there market price is usually higher already it remains good for foreign sellers to

Except If the small country have 99% import tax in all products.

If no sufficient ammount of offered products in local market, the local population is forced to travel or in the case of new players, to buy high price products. Thing that leads to the bankrupcy of lots of new players that unknow how to travel and buy cheaper products, and this leads to a player less in the game.

What was exposed in the initial post, was an idea, I'm sure can be improved in many ways.
