Now pics do not show full story.  But its apparent what happened yes there was contact after Robben kicked the ball too hard it being now impossible for him to score.  Look where the ball is when he fall.  Second thing is also shown on video is he is trying to double move with his left leg the planted leg .  I tried this and this is impossible unless your backfeet plant and propel forward his back leg was hitting his own leg.  Only conclusion was 1 he saw he could no longer score 2 felt contact 3 staged a dive 4 is a horrible cheat.

 

Also watch the action of his other leg kicking backwards at air.
