How do I work out what the exchange rate is between local currencies?

As I see that I can view the labour market in other countries that I'm visiting, so I assume could get a job working in one of them.

But the wages are displayed in their local currency, and so I don't know if that's more or less than my home currency, as I can't find a way to compare the amount of $NZ for a gold bar vs $x for a gold bar.

Or are all currencies the same? and they just change the letters afterwards to make it prettier for players? (In which case, Chile is paying almost 2x the wage I can get in NZ lol)

All currencies has the same price in exchange with the Gold, in other words the currency you use and see in any country with any nationality is the same, but with diffrent name.

This was after a main update in economy since more than two years ago.

There used to be an exchange rate, then the admins screwed up the game on purpose so they could get more Euros and Dollars for fake money, so currenty exchange is worthless except for exchanging gold....
