I have one idea, why there isnt option on MU or law option in country administrations about changing citizenship of military units? It will be ussefull instead of waste new 40 gold.

A good idea. I know other political sim games have this function. Not only does it save gold, it provides more fluidity so MU commanders don't have to kick everyone out and ask them to rejoin a new MU in a different country if they decide to change the nationality of the MU.

Totally Agree.
And now with the medals in the MU..........If a group of people decide to change country, they cannot take the MU with them and must abandon it with all the medals and history records 
And yep, other games have that option.
