The new Houses will act both as Energy Centers and Energy Recovery boosters. As a first step to reviving the Housing industry we will release Q1-Q3 House Factories and Raw Material Companies. The specifications for the Houses are as follows:

VQje6z9.png

Important things to keep in mind:

1) The new industry will not allow you to work as manager. The only way to build Houses will be by using work tickets generated by your employees. The same applies to the raw material companies for the new industry.
2) When downgrading a House company a user will receive 30% of the invested Gold. Raw Material Companies are not affected by this change.
3) A House will have to be activated in order for a player to receive its benefits. Only one house can be active at a time, and any house that has been activated cannot be sold on the marketplace.
4) Houses can be deactivated and re-activated any time you wish to do so. When deactivating a House its durability will be consumed in 1 hour increments. Example: deactivating a House after using it for 3 hours and 40 minutes results in consuming 4 hours of its durability. Deactivating it after 4 hours and 5 minutes results in consuming 5 hours.
4) Houses cannot be donated. As you know, all high value items increase the risk of scams, so at least for the first few months we will keep the option of donating houses deactivated.
5) If a player has two or more companies of the same quality, all companies will contribute to building a common House (thus building it faster, since more assigned employees can be used per day). This only works for companies and products of the same quality - therefore, a Q1 and Q3 company will contribute towards different products.

Raw Materials and Raw Materials Company Names

Are you aware of the fact that Q4 companies are more expensive than Q5?

This is slightly confusing... Maybe it's just the wording.

Is this basically a whole new set to the economy then?

Are the individual bonus increases reliant solely on the specific resource?

Or does it work exactly like food and weapons do now?

PROS:

- Wages will get little higher, at least 50cc, I think. This will help new players.

- Some of us, the wealthiest ones, will sleep more in the night

CONS:

- Being so expensive houses will be held only from rich people

- They are worth nothing for low divisions' players who aren't fighting to avoid changing division

It seems that this will be a way to make supertanks care of workers again.

Is it worth so big changes?

for the houses to make an impact they should increase energy recovery, not max energy.

In reality, a max energy increase only helps the first time you play for the day.

This is going to be a huge flop. And the ridiculously high cost will keep most people away from even bothering to do it.

Are you aware of the fact that Q4 companies are more important than Q5?

Did you notice that the highest Quality is Q3? There is no mentioning of Q4 nor Q5.

For more info, look at my wikipage

Thank you very much for the update. We need more details about the houses but I am sure that you will provide us with it. I also would like to inform you that ticket companies would have worked way better. My hope is that you guys  will keep the good work and let us have ticket companies in close future, as well.

What do you mean with this??

What's the energy that we will see added in our energy bar and what how much energy recovery we'll have every six munites???

Effects for probable cost don't seem that great so I'll probably pass on house ownership or production.

Only customers would seem to be mega-tanks and tbf they'll just buy gold for EBs anyway.

Me I'll just potter off and do something else for half an hour if I need 'extra' energy
