Why in the world would there be a fix on the selling off of your personal companies
example: sell house price is fixed 27 - 33 gold WHY?????
to dissolve company admin gives you 9 gold
So if admin can give you 9 gold why can I not set the price for any number. Is admin afraid we would get to much gold and not buy gold from him? Did you forget we spent more for the company and we are still losing gold.

Is for avoid people gifting companies in exchange of 1 gold and for avoid big money transfers easy (selling a Q1 company by 1000 gold for example), between normal citizens, multi accounts, money stolen from treasury, etc...
Also notice gold transfer is limited to 10 gold daily.
The price of 27 - 33 is regulated and understood as the right value the company can be sold.
