We would like to announce the following changes to the way Military Units work:
1) Starting today, Captain Elections no longer exist. Instead, Military Unit Commanders will be able to appoint Captains, as long as the Regiment has 20 or more full members. This option will also be available for the 2nd Commanders.
2) Commanders and 2nd Commanders will be able to move soldiers between Regiments directly.
It would be nice if we could move Recruits too. The way it is now they end up stuck in the oddest and annoying places.
