Hi,

 

 

i would like to proposeto give more/faster determination to be free bonus to small occupied countries, this could for exemple be based on population (countries whit less then 1000 citizens for exemple) or any other mechanism.

Fact is small countries are washed down like a bulldozer by the big countries, citizens of small countries get demotivated and quit or emmigrate to a big country, making the bigger countries even stronger, the balance just doesnt seem right anymore...
