Now, since houses and overtime work are implemented,

a lot of people have to manage dozens or even hundrets of Employees.

An important part of the managers work is to fire inactive or not needed employees.

To fire employees all you have to do is:

- Click the Minus-Button

- Maybe scroll down and find the employee

- Click on the trashcan

- Do the security check

- Reload the page

- Repeat

This costs:

The Server: a lot of capacities (bandwidth, computing power, energy)

The User: a lot of time, internet capacities, and wrist pain.

To be more user friendly, efficient and environmentally friendly,

I suggest to implement boxes where you have to tick the employees

and a button to fire all the ticked employees. Maybe with a security check afterwards.

This would save a lot of time and encourage the people to spend more gold in the housing industry.

No comment on your suggestion.

But, do you think more money needs to be invested in the housing industry?  There's a few limiting factors.  First we need enough employees to support the housing industry.  Secondly, we need enough demand for houses.  Someone needs to buy the houses, otherwise margins and ROI on making houses will be really low.

There should also be a built-in mass salary change feature. Now not only there isn't any but if you try to change salaries too fast (less than ~2s between subsequent changes), you get an IP ban for 10 minutes. This is ridiculous. Why waste time on implementing an IP ban, if they could have spent it on adding the feature?

Well, that's also a good Idea. Firing multiple employees and changing salaries of multiple employees could be made like that.

It could be made like that:

Tick an amount of Workers ->

Having different options like "Fire choosen Employees" "Change Salary to: xx, xx CC"

btw. only having the possibility to change the salary of ALL employees would be inconvenient when someone is managing a commune....
