Plato is a god, an ancient greek one, he wanted so much to have a kid and he liked the human race so much, so he made a baby with a mortal, Lana. And they named him Hercules and he saved the world from evil. The end.

Plato awoke to find a piece of string attached to his finger.

He went downstairs to find Lana cooking him an anniversary breakfast, of Q7 food!

"Oh dear", he cried, and ran around like a headless chicken.

Quickly, he jumped in his Q4 car and drove to the gas station!

Later, he returned with a beautiful anniversary card.

Lana held her breath in anticipation, closed her eyes, and waited for her present.

You have stayed with me for 7 long an happy years Lana, I give you something money can't buy: F9QeXAE.png

Once upon a time, Plato, God of knowledge, and Lana, Goddess of war, joined their powers to create a world which they named eRepublik. In order to thank them for doing so, ecitizens would organize a party which almighty Gods attended. During eRepublik's 7th Anniversary party Plato and Lana decided to give me 77gold and 7EB's to thank me for my loyalty :)

Thisi s not about Lana and Plato, I don't think it's really that interesting theme. So I wrote something a bit different. 77 words in total :)

This is it, lucky number seven,

Together with courage we rise to heaven.

From heaven we see the flames of wars,

This is the ultimate path to glory doors.

Heat of battles and titans wrath,

Heat of marches and army path,

Mass destruction and hell on battlefield,

War subsides and country is healed.

Empire rises a nation strong and cold,

Army that grew ten times fold.

March ahead brave and bold,

Writing a chapter of stories untold.

I participate using a limit 7 phrases.

1 - Lana and Plato, seven years ago, went together to hunt the Headless Chicken.

2 - Lana and Plato promised the Headless Chicken that they would refund his head if he was coming with them.

3 - Headless Chicken with caution approached them.

4 - But it was all a hoax, a lie of Lana and Plato to enclose the Headless Chicken and make a stew with it.

5 - When the headless chicken realized that this was a hoax fled before Lana and Plato could grab.

6 - But the Headless Chicken decided from that day revenge on Lana and Plato causing errors and failures in the New World.

7 - Headless Chicken appears when a bug trying to repair the errors which he produced, only conceals that he is the culprit in order to not being fired by the heads of eRepublik.

So, the winners have been chosen. The selection was incredibly hard, and there were over a dozen potential winners! In the end, we had to leave some of the decision making to "lady luck".

Huge thanks to each and every one of you who participated! The whole team enjoyed reading the stories and poems. We hope you had as much fun writing as we had reading! :)

So the winners are:

1st place: Ljubo Cesic - https://forum.erepub...6886#entry46886

2nd place: Golika - http://www.erepublik...st-2469045/1/20

3rd place: Phantom MKD - https://forum.erepub...est/#entry46794

The prizes will be given tomorrow. Thanks for participating!!

Useless to say that every "ironic" article hasn't been even taken in consideration.

Ridiculous.

Go on like this, maybe you're gods. Maybe you're just something elsse ;)

That's a big assumption.

On what do you even base that statement?

How do you know that "ironic" stories where not considered to be chosen???

Don't make us laugh please.

Everyone can see the entries, and what they said.

You rewarded only the ones that didn't take in consideration the opportunity to show you all the HUGE DECADENCE of this game.

If rewarding people who close their eyes is ok for you, then it's ok for me too.

Check the entries, please. Who's the one who has a problem? Me or Plato?

;)

Damn!!!

someone has huge issues with this game.

Why are you playing this again?

You really need to read all those stories all over again. You might discover that irony and/or criticism is not the focus of it at all.

here the first rule of the competition.

- To enter the contest, you simply have to write a short story

Does it say it has to be ironic or criticizing???

Yes. Someone has huge issues. The ones who don't understand "community first" and bow in front of Plato in any circumstance. Poor people with poor OO.

The competition is about FUN and, respectfully talking, I see nothing funny in the winning entries.

Irony, instead, is funny for people with sense of humour. There are at least 2 ironical articles who have been far more funnier than the chosen winners have been. All my respect for them, but we're not kids in primary school who are asked to draw the most beautiful flowers for the teacher.

Our works are something coming from our fantasy and our experience. They should respect some nice form, not just please Plato for their content.

But in this game everything is upside down.

MODs become mods and stop to truly help community and start to defend Plato when he's wrong, competitions are all about money buying and whocares of you and your country, even these contests are made to praise admins instead of showing the only feeling available for those who still love this game and care for its community, which is "Being concerned for DECADENCE".

Is it mature to use a contest just to reward the most flattering people? Does it show any kind of interest in the community or the developement of the game? This is also poor marketing strategy, if you know what I mean.

Go on supporting Plato instead of community. Once maybe you will be entitled to play the game alone :D

Isn't it romantic?

Plato please, sell this game to someone who cares, or at least call the next competition "FLATTER ME ON, YES!".

First place entry had nothing to do with Plato or Lana. Makes no sense why they chose it.

But congrats anyway, great contest.

Hello Petsku

Tnx for the Reward and congratulation to erep team for this 7 years.

I was wondering something..

Why first and second place don`t have nothing common with the Aniversary Party. That was the subject?

Not only Plato awarded works who had nothing about 7 years anniversary.
He even cut out a couple of nice works because, although respecting all the rules, they included images.

Yes, you have been reading well. Because of images included.

There was written nothing about disallowed images in the rules.

Let me say that the most wrong thing in all the competition was the title "community contest".

At this point Plato and community are on opposite sides. Let's deal with it.

.: Plato & Lana, a 7 YO anniversary :.

It was dark and cold like those winter in London.

I felt her presence when she pressed herself against my leg.

It has been the same thing for 7 years now ; seeing her every year at the same place.

She whispered to me: "Night is dark and full of terror".

Then she took her hand off her pocket and we compared our stuff:

Ouch! She beat me again, and by far...

"Sweety, she told me, trannies like me have something in extra you can't see, but that you can feel afterwards... just like those 3'500 players who made me crush you again this year"
