By "Shouldn't have been penalized for breaking the eRepublik Rules" you mean Forfeith Points or Bans? I am not sure how much experienced players you can attract.

There is no open network in north korea, you cant connect with WWW from there. Whole country has its own network, and operating system, i cant rly tell the name, based on open socurce linux as far as i know. Good luck with finding north koreans in web :D they are few, they are from real gov, they most likely dont give neither a single F, nor any other alphabet letter, they use those fancy signs of their own. Thank you for attention.

One doesn't have to live in North Korea to have the nationality of a North Korean.

Your statement of North Korea not being connected to the internet might be true, but that doesn't mean that a north korean doesn't know a way to get online.

Not many have managed to flee North Korea and the chance someone of them plays eRepublik and has never had a FP is extremely thin.

It is not written anywhere on the profile that one is a mentor, unless they decide to state that in their about me.
